Private attorney Kristi Kelly explains how an attorney can help rescind a foreclosure sale if a mortgage company improperly applies payments or falsely promises that a sale date has been cancelled. And during this week’s “News You Can Use,” we’ll tell you about “Housing Not Handcuffs” a new campaign initiative to end the criminalization of homelessness.
