Announcement of a free phone app that speaks in English, one's legal rights, to ICE or other "law enforcement" agents, should one be challenged for documents. State terrorism is intended to fluster and silence its victims; proficiency with language and stress in the moment can render on incapable of stating one's Constitutional Rights, due any one on U.S. territory. This free app addresses that issue should it occur. Instructions are in 17 languages to look up consulates and legal resources. Another feature will send a text alert to one's predesignated contact.

In conjunction with the National Korean American Service and Education Consortium, Hanna Center - Chicago announced the release of a "Know Your Rights 4 Immigrants" mobile phone app, available free from the Apple Store and soon to be released for Android.
