Cynical students in Montreal, Canada were not immune to the "Obama fever" that swept a world hurting for change after eight traumatizing years under Bush II -- not to mention scared shitless that McCain would either start World War III or kick the bucket and loose the frightening Sarah "Semiautomatic" Palin on us all.

On election night, the campus bars at McGill and Concordia in Montreal were packed with Obama supporters whose youthful apathy had morphed into giddy enthusiasm.....
