When Cities continually ignore the by-laws that protect our buildings from becoming eyesores, or worse yet, dangerous, then concerned citizens have to step in.
When one selected developer gets to buy up all the properties that are downtown, just to let them rot, or other developers have a financial interest to push through freeways against the will of the masses, then you get anarchy.

These are examples we look at in today's show.

We also look at why there are so many problems with land claim issues in Canada. The First Nations view point has never really been taken into account by the press. In Hamilton we have such jaded news reports that we go to a First Nations gathering to hear the history of the people.

First Nations people have continually been shoved off their land and cast into a negative light. The aka White man, has no idea of what the First Nations' people are all about.

It is another Nation within a nation. But when people think of Canada, they only think of two Nations The British and the French. We need history books that tell the true story of the First Nations placed into early school education.

Maybe if the masses knew the real story, not the one perpetrated by bigots, they might understand why there are standoffs.

The Six Nations in Caledonia are still fighting for their land to be returned to them after four years of struggle. There are circus events still happening like Gary McHale who come in from nowhere, just to agitate white bigotry.

Perhaps those that stand outside the barricades should do a bit of digging into what the other side of that news story is, before taking a position.
