The way we treat our dead tells as much about our attitude towards life as it does about our belief in an afterlife. In this programme weâll be looking at the treatment of Sheffieldâs dead at the beginning of the 19th century, especially in relation to the Cholera outbreak and the act of grave robbing. Finding out what this can tell us about the birth of this modern city.
