Derrick Jensen is a prolific author and longtime activist of the ecological movement. His book, "Exist in the Wild" won the Eric Hoffer Award, and his book, "Listening to the Land: Conversations About Nature, Culture, and Eros," was named by Critics' Choice of one of America's ten best nature books of 1995. In 2008, he was named one of Utne Reader’s "50 Visionaries Who Are Changing Your World"
