This week was cohosted by intern delia jimenez from calstate university long beach, a dreamer student.
Kayla also participated, who is from Colombia and a community college student. She is the current president of A.H.E.A.D, which is the club that many Dreamers in El Camino College seek for assistance. Kayla, will be talking about the struggles that dreamers face in college and what resources are not offer to them to make the smooth transition from high school to college.
Juan Escalante is from Venezuela and has recently graduated from Florida State University as a double major. He is the first in his family to graduate from an American university. Juan Escalante is also the Communications Director for dreamactivist.org. Dreamactivist is an organization that aides undocumented students in finding resources to achieve their goals and dreams.
