Sarah Collins Rudolph, a survivor left partially blind by the Ku Klux Klan bombing of the 16th Street Baptist Church in Birmingham, Alabama in 1963, and whose sister along with three other girls were killed in that terrorist attack, will be the guest speaker at a Women's History Month Program sponsored by the People's Organization For Progress (POP)- Other African American Women Honored
